Things to do in London this weekend: 22nd & 23rd March 2014

1. If you’re as much of a Big Lebowski fan as I am, you’ll appreciate what I am about to suggest for this weekend. What about going to The Big Lebowski party at Bloomsbury Lanes on Saturday night?! There will of course be bowling and there will be White Russians too. Here is the website, if you want to find out more.

2. If you’re hankering for an afternoon tea in a gorgeous London hotel, why don’t you book yourself in for a 2 for 1 afternoon tea through Emerald Street? Here is the link to find out which hotels are in on this great offer.

3. Have you ever wished you could step back in time to the Jazz Age, inspired by The Great Gatsby or simply because you’d like to taste the cocktails of this glamorous era? Well you could come close to the experience if you pop along to The Candlelight Club on Saturday night. The Candlelight Club is a pop-up cocktail bar which is located in a secret location. Would you like to find out more?

4. And if you haven’t seen Wes Anderson’s Grand Budapest Hotel yet and are planning to, then I would suggest that you watch it with Secret Cinema. Why? I’m not going to say why because if you can hold out finding out more, do try to. It’ll be worth it. Unfortunately, this weekend’s dates are sold out. But what you could do this weekend is book yourself a ticket for one of the extra dates that have just been added. Here’s the link, enjoy!

5. Finally, if you’re looking for something Chelsea to do then why not pop along to Loughran Gallery to take a look at their latest exhibition: Sprung. Here’s my post on it.
