Children’s Afternoon Tea at The Kensington Hotel

Baby boy is too young for this but I wanted to share the details of The Kensington Hotel’s Children Afternoon Tea because I think it’s a great idea and I’ve seen first hand how much fun it is for the little ones and grown ups.

Children's Afternoon Tea

The concept is simple: afternoon tea for children and adults on the last Thursday of each month from 4pm to 5.30pm. But there is a twist. There is a different story each month, which is performed by The National Youth Theatre and the kids love it.

The theatricality is interactive so the children have a chance to get up and get involved, if they’re not sitting on cushions around the actor(s) listening attentively. It’s such a great after-school treat, I can’t wait until baby boy is old enough to go along.

Disclosure: The Kensington Hotel are a business client but this isn’t a sponsored post nor was I approached to write this post. I genuinely think this is a fab experience for the little ones.
