Last week, I discovered Chelsea’s latest cupcake shop called Storm in a Cupcake. I’d taken a look at their website before visiting, which I thought was so pretty. But I hadn’t expected the shop to be just as fairy tale-like in real life.
Storm in a Cupcake is primarily an online business. You can order mini cupcakes for delivery or to pick up at a pre-arranged time. Or, you can pop along on a Saturday morning when the shop counter opens for passersby.
On Saturday, I picked up an apple crumble, chocolate and ginger and a couple of vanilla mini cupcakes which I enjoyed throughout the weekend.
I love the bite-sized portions because they feel indulgent and yet guilt-free. This could indeed become a Saturday morning ritual!
