After working at Petersham Nurseries for two years, Eloise Schwerdt is moving onto new projects including one which is due to launch with Skye Gyngell, who she worked under at the Michelin starred restaurant.
But first thing first, Eloise is currently housed at The Cuckoo Club for her pop-up restaurant called A Piece On The Side, which is open until Saturday 7th July 2012.
For £45 per person (excluding drinks), guests will receive the following three-course set- menu dinner, made from sustainable ingredients and from the same suppliers as Petersham Nurseries:
Starter: Heritage tomatoes with goats curd, zartar, purple basil and bruschetta.
Main: Fillet of beef with roasted beetroots, baby carrots, domestica rocket, horseradish cream and salsa verde.
Vegetarian option: Roasted vegetables with turmeric dressing, domestica rocket and bhatura
Dessert: Baklava ice cream with pistachios and viola flowers.
The pop up will be open from 8pm til 11pm every night with last orders at 10pm.
