It’s been a while since I last popped into Aubaine on Brompton Road but yesterday I was there for a breakfast meeting.
Usually on the weekends, this place is filled up and there is a buzzy atmosphere. Yesterday, it was tranquil as Chelsea locals popped in for breakfast on their own or with friends.
For breakfast, I had the Duck egg omelette with Ugie smoke salmon and horseradish crème fraîche.
It was light yet full-bodied and the horseradish crème fraîche had a delicate flavour. It was the perfect start to the day!
