Last night, the bf and I went to Racine Restaurant to clink away in the name of St. Valentine.
Our table was booked for 9.15pm, which gave us time to go for a drink and avoid the rush hour.
When we arrived, we made our way through the restaurant to the more private area at the back. There were three other couples there and I loved the low key ambience: the perfect setting.
For starter, I opted for the spiced aubergine salad which was divine.
For main, I had the grilled rabbit with mustard sauce and smoked bacon. This is a classic Racine dish and I just love it.
The food was washed down with a bottle of Macon Village, which complimented our meal very well.
And I am very pleased to say that I was a good girl. I didn’t indulge in dessert but I was very tempted. The menu looked so good!
Next time I return, I promise to take more pics! This time round, I had to give the bf my undivided attention.
